I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...i just am!!!
i'm probably not the bestest fan ricky has ever had:
i don't have collectibles or posters on the wall, i don't even have all his albums...i discovered him with maria, like many of you, don't have the chance of being born boricua...at the begining, it was like "cool, new guy in town, let's check him out", and this guy looked and sounded pretty good...that was last century...
lately, i have been trying to find a way of making sense of my life, and there was ricky...he spoke words i understood, gave gravity to my emotions and left me hanging out dry and naked...
so i'm trying to catch up, watching videos and listening to songs i didn't know existed, finding a hiden piece of me that i didn't want to express, all this while getting lost in translation (my spanish is not bad, if you're not spanish, lol)...
what am i expecting from this forum? well, to start with, news on ricky, as much as i can get to dry my thirst of him (and yes, i am aware that he is not actually reading this forum), i'm also hoping to get some spicy stuff to chew on (videos, pics, anything sexy about ricky basically, but what isn't, hey?).
more substantially, i am looking forward to making new friends around the world, friends that will share my emotions, my ups and downs, friends who will help me out (with my spanish??? lol) with all our questions about life (while kiki is speaking out for us, we are craving for some sense in the inside), and occasionnally write and laugh...
i am not a fan in the sense that i am 34yrs old, not hysterical, just a woman in love with an image, but what an image, hey???? But in my own way i am a fan, a fan of words, a fan of musical emotions, a fan of sexyness, a fan of truth, a fan of life, a fan of love...a fan of ricky martin...
