I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...I heard "Maria" in 1997 then I saw the man singing it...what a smile! The music was wonderful...the man gorgeous. 11 years later I have had the best time knowing about Ricky Martin...I have visited places I probably never would have, I have had adventures that have created laughter and I have made life-long friends; some who are like family to me. I have been privileged to meet Ricky a few times over the years...he has never disappointed me and is a very down-to-earth person with a great sense of humour, a sensitive and sometimes flirtatious man who can knock you off your feet when he enters a room - Ricky has the best smile and he gives wonderful hugs.
I have great admiration for all that Ricky has achieved in his music career and, in my opinion, if you have attended a Ricky Martin concert you have been to the best...Ricky is an amazing singer and entertainer and his concerts are "a perfect world" for a few hours, full of harmony, fun and happiness. I having nothing but respect for all that Ricky does for the children who have no voice through his "mission", his Foundation and special project People for Children and wish him nothing but continued success in all he strives to achieve fighting child trafficking.
