Hello Everyone!

I am new here. I decided to register just after watching a video on the launch of Call and Live on Reuter's website. This campaign sounds very interesting and I'm not surprised that Ricky Martin is involved with it as he always stroke me as a socially aware person.

I happen to be from South America and to live in Ireland where I work as a Portuguese/English interpreter, although my background is in law. I deal with Brazilian citizens on a regular basis and despite the fact that none of them has been trafficked into Ireland I fear that this could have happened to other Brazilians living in Ireland and that they can be afraid to seek help.

I have recently took part in a training course that helps community interpreters deal with victims of sexual violence and other trauma.I believe it could assist me to help people subjected to human trafficking a bit.

Anyway, so not only I wish to say hi, but to offer help in case it is needed.
