I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...well first of all I'm not a fan. I think Ricky is pretentious, overrated and an egomaniac! JUST KIDDING!...There I got your attention! I think he is one of the few performers that really puts on a real show, full of energy and charisma. He's not one of these 1 hit wonders who couldn't care a tune if their life depended on it. A lot of music today relies on these cheap sounding pre-programmed keyboards. I enjoy it when people can get on stage and perform and put their heart and soul into it. He's also a person I think that doesn't live in denial and realizes how rough some people have it in their lives. He therefore goes and tries to make a difference in this war torn world and tries to bring some happiness into people's lives. I really don't know anything about him and we'll probably never meet but I admire him for trying to make a positive self image and encouraging others to follow. But if we did meet he would be very jealous and intimidated by me because I am far more talented and have a lot more fans than he does...HA! Yeah right! Nyah I don't think so! I am good for a laugh though. Hey its good to laugh! This planet is in desperate need of peace right now and if we all try to do our part in some small way we CAN make a difference! Ricky, I think is encouraging others to follow. DO NOT FORGET to visit the foundation and help these kids that have been through Hell on Earth! Let's stop these criminals now!
